Very new to the market this fridge and freezer duo is equipped with one 6 shelf fridge and contained within the same unit, the opposite side houses a single door 5 shelf freezer. One single payment and information terminal controls both sides in one simple transactional interface.

The Customer Journey

The customer unlocks the kiosk through an app, or with a credit card (optional extra), and picks up products they want to purchase. Before the purchase end customers can choose to browse products (description, nutrition facts and prices), view FAQs and more through its innovative User Interface. The end customer will be charged for what they have removed from the smart freezer once the purchase is completed.

Instant Interact Unit:
This contains the touch screen, physical payment unit as well as the lock that allows the cooler to be opened.

Smart Shelf Technology:
The shelves, equipped with smart technology and LED lighting, can handle individual products from
as low as 15g and can keep track of total loads of up to 10 kg.
